the process
05/ planning and preparation
If you're working with a planner, which I always recommend, I'll reach out to them to begin working on logistics. About a month before your event, I'll start building out a photography timeline based on your planner's itinerary, collecting day-of contacts, family shots lists, location planning, gathering your most important moments and must-have shots, plus a slew of other logistics to ensure your day runs smoothly.
06/ the celebration begins
It's time! Relax and be present, knowing that my team and I have every detail covered. We’ll document your day with intention, care, and a calm presence, focusing on capturing real moments while offering gentle guidance for portraits that feel natural and effortless.
01/ reach out
The first step is simple: fill out the contact form and tell me a little about you, your celebration, and what you're looking for. From there, I’ll check availability and get back to you with your proposal and my portfolio to review. I'd love to hear your vision and what you have in mind for your celebration here. Feel free to spill all the deets, I'd love to hear them.
02/ review your proposal
After I've determined my availability for your event, you’ll receive a personalized proposal tailored to your event and what matters most to you. This will include different coverage options, collection details, and services so you can choose what feels right.
03/ meet in person
When you're ready, we'll meet either in person for coffee or a cocktail or over a video call to dive deeper into your vision and make sure we’re a great fit. This is where we’ll get to know each other better, talk about your plans, and make sure you have all the information upfront before booking in.
07/ a look into your gallery
Within three days of your final event, you’ll receive a sneak peek of your celebration. These highlights are perfect for sharing with friends and family or posting to social media while the full gallery is being edited with the same care and attention.
08/ gallery delivery
Four to six weeks after your wedding (depending on the season), your full gallery will be ready! You'll receive your images in an online gallery where you can download high-resolution images, share with loved ones, and relive your day from start to finish.
04/ make it official
Securing your date is easy; just sign the contract and pay the retainer, both of which you can do electronically. After that, we’re officially working together! I’ll go yap to my husband about how excited I am to work with you, and send you a thank you message. From here, the preparation begins a bit more silently, but we'll keep in touch throughout the process.

It's important to note that every wedding is different, and there are many factors into the number of photos in your final gallery. On average, you can expect 50 images per hour of coverage. I deliver the best, not the most, skipping near-duplicates and never sending multiple edits of the same image.
You’re not alone. Most people don’t naturally feel comfortable in front of the camera. The good news is that’s where I come in. It’s my job to help you feel comfortable and guide you in a way that feels effortless and true to you. One of my favorite compliments I hear from couples is, “That was actually so fun.” And honestly, it should be.
Of course. I understand that this process can feel a bit overwhelming, and bridging the gap between what you want and what you need is for me to help guide you through. I’ll build out a few tailored options in your proposal, and we’ll walk through each one together so you feel confident that you’re getting exactly what you want.
Absolutely, I love collaborating with other creatives and completely understand that you may want to include video or content creation as part of preserving your celebration. And if you need help finding the perfect fit, I’d be glad to recommend some of my favorite videographers and content creators whose work I truly admire.
You’ll receive a preview gallery within three days of your final event, perfect for sharing with loved ones or posting to social media while you wait. Your full gallery will be delivered within four to six weeks, depending on the season. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect it.
Something that repeats in my mind on wedding days is "things will happen how they're supposed to happen." It’s important to let go of the need to control every moment and trust that your team, including me, is there to handle the rest.
